Big House White

The wine starts with a heavy dose of nose candy: melons, pears and lychee all surround your senses. The palate opens up to summer peach, dried apricot and tropical fruits.
Production Notes: Harvested at night and in the early morning hours, the wine was fermented cool in temperature controlled stainless steel to maximize the fresh fruit characteristics and retain its acidity and long finish.

Bohemian Highway - Chardonnay
The Chardonnay busts with ripe fruit flavors of apple and pear. The wine is lightly oaked which gives it a full, creamy mouth feel. The majority of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving the bright fruit flavors of lemons and granny smith apples. It's creaminess and bright fruit flavors are rounded out by a lingering finish.
Winemaker notes: The chardonnay is exactly what a California Chardonnay should be - bright, fresh and lush in flavor. The fruit comes through immediately with this wine, making it an excellent match with any Asian dish or meal that might have a bit of spice. Incredibly refreshing, this wine is the perfect reward for a day spent exploring new territory, like a road trip down the Bohemenian Highway.

Green Truck - Organic Sauvignon Blanc
Alcohol: 13.5%
Appellation: California
Year: Non-Vintage
Composed of: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon
TRUCK INSPIRED BY: 1958 Chevy Cameo.
Vintage Notes: The 2007 growing season began early with 90 degree temperatures followed by late spring rains. August and September were cool making perfect "hang time" conditions and the grapes benefited from this long growing season. Towards the end of September the weather heated up producing bright, concentrated fruit.
BODY FEATURES: Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are organically grown and farmed by the Bartolucci Family of Mendocino, a family devoted to organic farming for over a decade. Organic farming requires a commitment to a method of farming that eliminates the use of chemical fertilizers and toxic insecticides in favor of natural practices that protect the health of farm workers, create a thriving wildlife habitat, and result in clean run-off and healthier soils. Even better, these practices result in delicious wine. The grapes are certified by the California Certified Organic Farmers, the most recognized and trusted seal in the organic marketplace.
Winemakers Comments:
"Citrus fruit aromas with crisp flavors of lemon peel, grapefruit and orange blossom." Charlie Tsegeletos, Winemaker
Fermentation & Aging
The grapes were selectively picked, crushed and delivered directly to the tank press. The juice was gently extracted from the grapes to maximize the fresh fruit and then settled for 48 hours. The juice was then racked to a fermenting tank. Fermentation took place at 55 degrees to further accentuate the bright fruit character of the wine. This wine saw no oak or malolactic fermentation.

naked earth -blanc
The rolling hillsides of France's Languedoc-Roussillon region are where Naked Earth earns its name. Conjured from completely natural grapes that bask in the warm day glow of southern France, and rest in its cool and tranquil nights, Naked Earth is the product of Mother Nature - never touched by harsh chemicals or unnatural fertilizers.
Naked Earth's grapes are patiently macerated, soaked and saturated for a deeper color. Their fermentation is carefully observed, and their meticulous blending produce wines that are fruit-driven, yet food-friendly. So you can enjoy Naked Earth, not just for its delicious nectar, but for its respect and care for Mother Nature.
Tasting Notes:A clean and golden color accented by Viognier. Stunningly floral and full on the nose, with scents of honey, apricot and pear. Crisp upon entry, with immediate notes of lemon and grapefruit, moving into more rounded flavors like vanilla and hibiscus flowers, ending on a dry finish with gripping texture, coming from its generous minerality and balanced acidity.
Pleasing by itself, or in harmony with creamy cheeses, barbecued chicken, cream-based pastas, grilled fish (halibut, salmon, snapper).
Best served chilled and enjoyed with friends.

Root1 - Sauvignon Blanc

Maritime breezes keep temperatures cool while the bright daytime sun encourages a lengthy growing season resulting in wines with bright, tropical flavors.
