NGPR DIRECT DONATIONS
Our amazing friends at National Great Pyrenees Rescue have taken in an extraordinary amount of expensive-to-fix puppers and could use a hand. Well... some $$$ rather is needed to help pay the vet bills and keep things real. Take a look at a little of what's happening below, and please give a little or a lot if you can! Go directly to NGPR donation link. WE ARE NOT TAKING DONATIONS ON THEIR BEHALF.
(Included are three photos not in any particular order, as talked about below.)
I hate to post graphic photos , and hate to ask for help, but we really need it. We have taken in so many dogs that are in horrible shape and they really need help. Two with gunshot wounds, another with cancer and some that got sick along the way and ran up huge vet bills. I don't even know what to say, except that I can only pray that people will take much better care of their dogs. In the meantime we have committed to take care of these dogs. If you can find it in your heart to contribute a few dollars I will include a link below. It is really easy for rescues to get in over their heads wanting to help save all of the dogs in need. We don't want to get in trouble and take on more than we can handle. . So we have to ask for help for them. The first photos are of a Kentucky girl named Magnolia. She was dumped at a high-kill place with a horribly infected wound , the wound was covered in maggots and she was stuck in an outdoor pen because of the smell. We also have Nash who came in with cancer and needed a $3,000 surgery. We still need to cover his surgery. We have another boy coming in from Arkansas who was shot point-blank in the face and lost an eye. He has already had his surgery but he is heartworm positive and will need other Medical Care so we need help. And then there are so many others that are heartworm positive or sick with pneumonia and ran up huge vet bills. I hate to post these things and try never to, but we need the help right now it is been a really bad week in Rescue and we can't help other healthy dogs in need with the huge volume we have in boarding and the number of hurt or sick dogs we have taken in
